Our designs, imagery, and stories are exclusively protected to preserve the integrity of the Designer Shaik experience. To protect this integrity and the safety of our customers, we actively monitor for counterfeit goods.

By using our services—including our lifetime refill program—you agree that Designer Shaik reserves the right to physically inspect any items sent to our facilities. If, upon inspection, an item is determined by our experts to be counterfeit, Designer Shaik reserves the right to refuse service, permanently confiscate the counterfeit item without returning it to you, and securely destroy it. We will not issue refunds or replacements for counterfeit goods, and we reserve the right to report such instances to the relevant legal authorities.

We take no responsibility for the content of linked websites. You may not create a link to this website from another website or document without Designer Shaik’s prior written consent.

• The acts, decrees, legislation, regulations, or restrictions of any government.

If an event outside our control takes place that affects the performance of our obligations, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to notify you, and our obligations will be suspended for the duration of the event. Where the event affects our delivery to you, we will arrange a new delivery date with you once the event is over.

The existing general terms and conditions are governed by Bahrain law. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Designer Shaik Inc. W.L.L with respect to your use of the site.
