This describes how we calculate refunds and outlines our policy on the product refunds. When you send your product back to us, we’ll process the returned product then notify you via e-mail of your refund. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within three weeks of our receiving your return. Refunds will be paid to the customer upon validation of the cause of return.

NOTE: This Product Return & Refund Policy excludes the purchases made thru our Retailer Shops & other online agents.

 Our Return Policy Basics:

      1.  Products purchased in cannot be returned to our retail shops.

      2. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days in unused, like-new condition.
