Except for the travel size bottles, Designer Shaik’s Opulent Shaik range is refillable. You can take your empty bottle to a Designer Shaik authorised retailer who will arrange the refill on your behalf. Please note that some retailers may not provide this service so call the shop ahead of time. Designer Shaik offers this lifetime refilling service for Opulent Shaik bottles only and can also be done on the website via courier. The bottle that you would like to refill must be genuine. If you would like to confirm whether your bottle is genuine, please send a photo to support@designershaik.com or contact Customer Care at +973 1759 8043.

Designer Shaik’s refill service is currently only available in GCC countries. There are retailers who do same day service while some may need longer lead time depending on the availability of refills. Store list can be checked on the website under the Retail Network.

No, your empty bottle will be only refilled according to the original scent of perfume you bought.

Yes we do, but there are certain limitations in countries such as Russia, Azerbaijan & etc., due to Customs shipping restrictions. We are also unable to deliver PO boxes.

We offer $35 delivery on all orders within the GCC to be delivered within 1 to 3 business days, rest of the world 4 to 14 business days provided no Customs delays.

All customs fees, taxes, and any other additional costs associated with your purchase overseas are the responsibility of the customer. These are NOT included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees chargeable to you. Designer Shaik does not provide refunds to customers for failure to pay duties and taxes associated with their order.
